We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will help craft the… company’s customer success strategies and build strong relationships with customers to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
Objectives of this Role
Work with customers to resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Manage new customer account setup and data migration tasks
Update and improve Knowlege Base articles using learnings from customer interactions
Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
Maintain existing customer success metrics and data
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills
Strong data entry, analysis, and spreadsheet (Excel & Sheets) skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Hubspot and customer support tools
Project management experience is a plus
