Description:
We are looking for a full-time, remote, Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team!
The Customer Support Specialist will assist with important customer service and data entry duties while supporting our internal Account Management teams, client and Wellness Program participants.
They will shine with exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and solid computer know-how.
This position is a fully remote position, with the option to work 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Eastern.
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferred
Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
Strong attention to detail
