? We are hiring full-time Customer Support Representatives to join our team. We are looking to provide authentic support experiences for our customers. An experience that is quick, helpful, and personable — we understand that our customers are real people, just like us.
? In this role you will support our customer base in a robust way and handle inquiries regarding (but not limited to) account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more!
? Additionally, you will be responsible for the following items among other tasks?
? Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers
? Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
? Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer… satisfaction and a productive work environment
? Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge to better support our customers
? Learn from others and develop yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb
Requirements:
? 1 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
? Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
? Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
? Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software preferred

? Hourly rate: $16 per hour
