Clear Drains LTD is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist / Online Chat Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have through online chat. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers through online chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or issues
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction
Follow predefined processes and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer support
Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Collaborate with… team members to improve customer support processes and provide feedback for product and service improvements
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Adhere to company policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet
Empathetic and patient with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote work environment
Proficient in computer usage and basic software applications
