What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional phone and listening skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer support role or similar environment
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
Knowledge of creating and managing documentation for support processes
