Job Description

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
– Document and track customer interactions using our internal systems
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
– Provide feedback to improve customer support processes
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent is required
– Additional certifications in customer service or IT support are a plus
Experience
