? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
? 4 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across multiple security domains.
? 4 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes, identifying mission risks, and devising solutions to combat public sector focused threats.
? Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:
? Experience with three or more of the following: Windows disk and memory forensics Network Security Monitoring (NSM), network traffic analysis, and log analysis, Unix or Linux disk and memory forensics, Static and dynamic malware analysis.
? Experience with delivering ILT and VILT courses in cyber security-related topics (e.g., digital forensics, intrusion detection, incident response) to technical audiences.
? Experience as a technical trainer, sales engineer, or services consultant, or similar technical position
? Experience in pen testing against Windows, Unix, or web application goals.
? Understanding of enterprise security controls in Active Directory/Windows environments.
? Knowledge of one scripting language (e.g., Python)

About The Job

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients effectively prepare for, proactively mitigate, and detect and respond to cyber security threats. Security Consultants have an understanding of computer science, operating system functionality and networking, cloud services, corporate network environments and how to apply this knowledge to cyber security threats.

In this role, you will assist clients in navigating technically complex and high-profile incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You’ll also test client networks, applications and devices by emulating the latest techniques to help them defend against threats, and will be the technical advocate for information security requirements and provide an in-depth understanding of the information security domain. You will also articulate and present complex concepts to business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical contributors and successfully lead complex engagements alongside cross functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for aspects of both internal and external education, specifically in cyber security areas such as digital forensics and incident response. You will prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail resulting in the delivery of high-quality work products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
? Deliver classroom training to a variety of technical audiences.
? Provide support for cyber security course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review.
? Create, update, and maintain slide decks and lab exercises for customer-facing training. Assist with updates for course descriptions, syllabi, and other collateral pertaining to external education.
? Coach students and assess their technical capabilities, processes, and procedures as they investigate simulated attack scenarios.
? Build effective relationships and work collaboratively within all levels of an organization.
