Create weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes
Initiate account changes associated with the new post office box
Contact vendors to update addresses to the appropriate post office box
Create status and summary reports for account representatives and clients
Work overtime as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
6 months of customer service or call center experience
Demonstrated analytical skills
Ability to work independently and adhere to established timelines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
