Data Analyst (Part-Time)

The Data Analyst is responsible for producing ad hoc, on demand and regularly scheduled reports for the
customer. This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities
? Utilize Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services to produce on demand and regularly scheduled
reports as requested by the customer.
? Produce ad hoc reports upon request accessing data in Microsoft SQL Server databases.
? Utilize Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services to automate report production and delivery as
well as other automated database functions.
? Maintain and update reports inventory.
? Conduct data analysis on customer data to identify trends and review data quality.
? Assist customer in meeting Federal and State reporting requirements.
? Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of centralized reporting site for
customer.
? Provide support to users of Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder, SQL Server Reporting Services,
Tableau, or other ad hoc reporting tools utilized by the customer.
? Troubleshooting of automated job failures and reporting errors.
? Assist in development, deployment and maintenance of interfaces with external systems.
? Recommend tools and processes to improve reporting and assist customer in making datadriven decisions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the ?core? work hours of
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional
evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
? Bachelor?s Degree in related field is required
? At least 2 years of related experience in the field
? Experience in the following:
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
o Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
o Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder
o Structured Query Language (SQL)
