What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement processes for data mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction
Collaborate with various departments and clients to define requirements and address business problems
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and outliers
Prepare state-mandated reports and conduct necessary analyses
Utilize analytics software to support departmental goals and improve business performance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in member movement, PCP reassignment, or enrollment and provider termination
Proficiency in SQL for data research and analysis
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with enrollment and managed healthcare processes
Experience with QNXT software
Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and teamwork abilities
