Terms of Employment
W2 Contract, 12 Months
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
Handles multiple projects and may assist in compling data and generating reports.
Required Skills & Experience
High school degree or equivalent.
Proven experience as data entry clerk.
Fast typing skills.
Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of databases.
Good command of english both oral and written and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of touch typing system.
Equipment Specifications:
Dual monitors — to have Teams/Outlook open
Keyboard with 10 key number pad
Windows 10 or 11
ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher
Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred)
Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution
No Chromebook or Macbook
Web Camera for Teams meetings
Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls
