Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and competitive pay ranging from (19.75 to )33.50 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, conducting basic internet research, and compiling your findings using… tools like Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and efficiently (minimum 25 wpm)
Conduct basic internet research and compile results
Use Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs for tasks
Maintain productivity and meet deadlines
Occasionally interact with customers via email
Participate in surveys as needed
Requirements
Reliable internet connection (mobile hotspot acceptable)
Computer, laptop, or phone device that meets data entry standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
