DB-Home Services is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently in our databases and systems. Your attention to detail is crucial to ensuring the integrity of our data records and facilitating smooth operations across the company.
The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members. You will be tasked with verifying and correcting data as needed, communicating with various departments, and ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain data in company databases and systems
Verify and correct data as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy
Assist in preparing reports and data summaries for management
Communicate effectively with other departments to gather and provide… relevant information
Monitor and track data entry requests and prioritize tasks
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with database systems and data management protocols
