What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Enter and maintain accurate property data into the employer’s database
Conduct data verification and cleansing procedures to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports as assigned
Assist in data migration and system integration projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
