What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
Identify document types based on provided guidelines
Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards
Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed
Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes
Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality
Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Typing Requirements
WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
