Atlatec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team. This remote, work-from-home position is open to candidates based in the USA and Canada. The role requires accuracy in entering, updating, and maintaining company data. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet deadlines with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting, verifying, and updating data into company databases and systems.
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by cross-referencing sources.
Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval.
Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all information.
Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data.
Generating reports based on data input for use in decision-making.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
Proven… experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
