The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Input Clerk to join our team either remotely or in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient input of data, including but not limited to, customer information, supplier details, and order quantities and delivery schedules into our system. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to develop their administrative and data management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Inputting various data accurately and efficiently into our system
Maintaining and updating existing databases to ensure data integrity
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data
Liaising with colleagues and management to confirm data accuracy
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
Nice-To-Haves
Previous experience in a Data Entry or Administrative role
Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and collaboration (Slack, Zoom)
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Compensation: From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
