Responsibilities
Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments.

Set up new gift batches and process donations within 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding.

Create tribute accounts and manage matching gift donations.

Generate tax receipts for all donors promptly.

Maintain and update constituent records based on new information.

Create mailing lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.

Conduct regular CRM maintenance to ensure data integrity.

Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email.

Perform additional data entry and projects as needed.

Requirements
2+ years in gift processing and CRM management

Previous experience in a Non-Profit is required
