Requirements

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide information about Delta Airlines products and services
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
