Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven customer service experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries and issues related to bookings, flight schedules, and policies
Document and update customer records accurately
Educate customers on various travel products, services, and offers
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
