This position will be remote, but you must have 3+ years of experience working with Dentrix and in a Dental Office. Candidate must reside in Georgia and required to work traditional office hours.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while handling various administrative tasks remotely. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a dental office setting, possesses a thorough understanding of dental procedures and insurance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and a welcoming tone.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management.
• Educate patients on available services, procedures, and office policies.

Administrative Duties:
• Accurately maintain and update patient records using dental management software.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and claims, and assist patients with insurance-related questions.
• Process patient forms, referrals, and other necessary documentation.
• Address billing inquiries and process payments as needed.

Coordination and Support:
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow.
• Provide follow-up reminders for ongoing treatments, exams, and preventive care.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as a dental receptionist, scheduler, or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.

Skills:
• Proficient in dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, quiet workspace.
• Computer or laptop with webcam and audio capabilities.
