**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Help Desk/Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within our organization’s desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities:**
Provide on-site and on-call technical support for… end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment
Troubleshoot and resolve computer OS/peripherals issues
Install and configure hardware and software, including deployment tools like SCCM
Provide printer support and basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
Install and troubleshoot MS Office tools
Demonstrate excellent customer service and people skills
Manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-pressure situations
*Qualifications:**
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent end-user computing skills
Good knowledge of infrastructure support
Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, and PC/Laptop peripherals
