Description:
Create, lead, and coordinate project plans in support of client and team priorities
Collaborate with internal and external partners and agencies/vendors to develop, sustain, and evolve innovative marketing solutions that meet the needs of an evolving digital media landscape
Manage analytics and reporting for our marketing team, inclusive of paid, earned, and owned media, in support of a data driven approach to all projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
Understanding and working knowledge of website development and design best practices
Background in developing, leading, and executing project plans, inclusive of deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Leading agency/ vendors & internal team in the development of career and employment-based platforms and SEO strategy while managing the project from concept to launch
Managing overall digital strategies that enable an engaging, seamless and integrated candidate experience to enhance the overall candidate conversion
Creative and collaborative spirit, positive attitude, eager to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for The Walt Disney Companys Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information
