What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate eStore activities, including product attribution, cross-sell development, and customer portal onboarding
Manage order facilitation and follow-up with partnered suppliers’ eCommerce sites
Nurture leads via the website and assist in creating internal leads and quotes
Monitor and facilitate customer feedback, including responses to reviews
Provide superior customer service while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance while working collaboratively in a team environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in eCommerce or digital sales environments
Familiarity with lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies
Previous experience with customer feedback and review management
Ability to travel to branch locations occasionally
Knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance measures
