What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and support a fully remote team of HR Generalists and Assistants
Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department and manage the HR ticketing process
Create learning and development opportunities for HR team members
Maintain compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices
Partner with management to provide HR support related to performance management and employee retention
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources experience in a generalist or business partner role
At least five years of experience managing a team of HR Generalists
High school diploma is required
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center Human Resources
Certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
