Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Solutions to support operations across Canada and the United States.
The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team, consisting of 2-4 direct reports and 15-20 indirect reports.
Key priorities include improving employee experience, delivering high-quality support to the business, and driving innovation with AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:
12+ Years of Experience with a min. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment
Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Professional HR certification is preferred
Experience with U.S. labor laws and Canadian employment laws and compliance best practices
Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with data-driven HR decision-making is an asset
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of successful partnerships with senior leadership
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution
Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire teams
Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
