POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Influencer Marketing, you will lead the department to drive profitable growth. Youll develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and boost revenue. In this role, youll manage a small team, ensuring collaboration and successful execution of initiatives that deliver impactful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and scale the influencer budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Lead and mentor the influence team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, and oversee team growth through hiring initiatives.
Source, secure, and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation and campaign scheduling, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with industry standards.
Lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
Develop and implement growth strategies with clear goals, KPIs, and ongoing campaign tracking to measure and optimize success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive campaign strategies that align with broader company objectives.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing.
Develop systems to test new approaches, scale successes, and eliminate underperforming tactics.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership, presenting key metrics, successes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 years experience or more in influencer marketing
Demonstrated success in executing influencer campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales.
Deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently.

COMPENSATION
$120-170k base salary.
Competitive performance bonus structure.
