What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide competitive intelligence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the territory
Train customers on product usage and manage sales budget for the assigned territory
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Valid driver’s license with no major driving violations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous working knowledge of ShareCRM
Experience in contract negotiations
