About The Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in DTC and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will create compelling visuals for video content, web pages, landing pages, sales funnels, and email templates. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop designs that enhance the customer journey and drive conversions, while maintaining brand consistency. Proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of current e-commerce trends are essential. Experience with performance-driven design, particularly for direct-response marketing, is required. The hours for this position will be 9am – 5pm EST.
Requirements
What you will do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope and specifications
Plan and illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style
Design and produce engaging multimedia content tailored to e-commerce, Advertising and Email platforms
Coordinate with marketing, web designers, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and design across platforms
Communicate with internal teams about design ideas and layouts
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final layouts are up to the mark
What we are looking for:
2-3+ years experience crafting digital assets for email, websites, and social media
A strong understanding of designing with a mobile-first approach and keeping up with digital trends
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
Capability to maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards
Design and maintain e-commerce digital content with attention to user experience
Organization: Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills; highly motivated to meet or even exceed deadlines
Strategic: Capable of envisioning the overall plan while remaining focused on details to ensure successful project completion
Creative: Enjoys exploring new ideas and trends, while also working to improve established strategies that have been successful
Great Communicator: Possesses excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Leadership: Successfully manages multiple priorities, collaborates with internal and external teams to exceed company goals
A Player: You possess a positive attitude, thrive in both leadership and team member roles, and reject the notion of “that’s not my job”
Data-Driven: Capable of identifying important metrics, working with data, and analyzing marketing strategy outcomes

Base range $60,000 – 70,000 with flexibility depending on background and experience;
