What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Demonstrate proficiency in navigating through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
– Produce documentation including workflows, gap analysis, and test plans
– Oversee testing processes including scenario-based and integrated testing
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
– Prepare training material and conduct training sessions in virtual or in-person settings
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
– Minimum of 2 years related work experience required
– Minimum of 8 years relevant experience required
– Must adhere to best practices regarding information security
– Must participate in team on-call rotation for support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience as an EHR Analyst or similar role
– Certification in relevant healthcare IT systems
