Lifetime Quality Roofing is currently seeking a Solar Sales Manager with a varied background in Solar and/or Roofing Sales. This position has come available due to our expansion and growth. The Solar Sales Manager has direct responsibility for sales development and operations within our Solar Division. This role will lead retail customer acquisition for solar services and products supporting Contracts, Pre-Production, and Retail. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership and development in Solar energy REQUIRED
Background in Clean/Renewable Energy highly desired.
Experience in roofing or closely related field highly desired.
Experience meeting/exceeding sales goals
3-5 years in construction/roofing financial management.
Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
Travel required as needed.
