As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Social Media Ambassador.

Position Overview: As a Engagement Ambassador for iResponze, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online reputation across various platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, Yelp, OpenTable, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive feedback and concerns. Additionally, you will build relationships with our customers, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed appropriately. This is a remote position with weekend availability required, estimated at 20-24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on various platforms, including Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, Yelp, OpenTable, etc.
• Experience utilizing Instagram, Facebook.
• Engage with guests in a courteous and empathetic manner, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized responses and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues raised in guest reviews.
• Identify trends and patterns in guest feedback, providing insights to help improve our products and services.
• Uphold company policies and brand standards in all interactions with guests and online communities.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or social media management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms and online review sites.
• Empathetic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must have required tools and connectivity to complete job functions (Laptop/Computer , Internet Connection (Wi-Fi) phone)
