Our Entry Level Account Manager Role Entails:
Assist customers with new inquiries, address any questions, and build a relationship with customers and team members
Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills during any customer interactions
Review daily and weekly customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and increasing sales margins
Engage with consumers in an empathetic, professional, and confident manner
Track and report any client interaction in our system accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
Maintain updated information on our clients by attending daily meetings, weekly webinars, and quarterly conferences with fellow entry level Account Managers
We are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager with:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in Community Engagement, Client Services, Brand Awareness, Sales, Retail, or similar fields is ideal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making for consumers
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak and present confidently

Pay: $4,200.00 – $5,000.00 per month
