Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for meeting face to face with local business owners presenting ways to reduce business costs
• Increase customer base and loyalty
• Monitors marketplace information on pricing, products, and current promotions
• Maintain a Salesforce system
• Meeting company goals and objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
• Ability to communicate with multiple groups; peers, company personnel and potential customers
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Must have reliable transportation

• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Willingness to work shifts as needed
• Ability to learn
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
