Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls
Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed product information
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through CRM systems
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and support colleagues as needed
