As an Entry Level Enrollment Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting in person customer outreach and executing presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers and upgrading current customers on behalf of our clients. To be successful in this position, the Enrollment Assistant will need to handle accurate customer information, complete note-taking for each account on a file, and have a keen attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Assistant:
Communicate directly with potential customers, foster strong trust, and educate prospective and current customers on enrollment options and promotions they may qualify for
Handle all steps of the enrollment process
Address any enrollment issues or setbacks and appropriately escalate to the executive team or client representatives when necessary
Effectively communicate and engage with customers on behalf of our clients and answer any questions that they may have
Maximize and use our targeted residential outreach approach to reach as many potential customers as possible
General customer service, including problem-solving, analyzing data, and providing solutions
Requirements of the Entry Level Enrollment Assistant:
A GED or High School Diploma is required
College experience or degree is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, and communications
Ability to work with other Entry Level Enrollment Assistants and management team members to build and achieve client goals in sales, outreach, and engagement metrics

Pay: $700.00 – $1,000.00 per week
