As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be fully trained across various company operations and work on high-profile marketing campaigns, ensuring daily objectives and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to team tasks and independently manage assigned objectives.
Act as an internal liaison between customers and the client.
Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns.
Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations.
Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role.
Liaise with customers, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback.
Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance.
Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.
