Specific Job Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services
Ensure all internal systems are updated with documentation
Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
Handling steps in the client systems.
Ordering Title reports and taxes based off client requirements
In office staff will handle preparing packages to mail out
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Some collateral experience/knowledge of mortgage documents recommended
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
Must be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks
Required Education and Training:
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
High school or equivalent required
Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
