Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize executives’ schedules and appointments
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of executives
Maintain filing systems and ensure information is up-to-date
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
Prepare presentations and reports for meetings
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
