What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with customers to explain and promote American-made Cutco products
Process customer orders and handle inquiries regarding products
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Create and manage a flexible work schedule that fits personal availability
Develop sales and communication skills through ongoing training and support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years old or 17 years old with a high school diploma
Enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude
Ability to start within the next 7 to 10 days
Willingness to learn and apply new skills
No previous experience required; open to all backgrounds
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant roles, or similar fields
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
Previous sales experience, although not necessary, may be beneficial
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A positive, proactive attitude towards learning and personal development
