Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Finance organization of a leading healthcare client in New York. This person will report directly to the Director of UKG Change Management, Communication, and Support. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce technology enhancement and upgrades are optimized to meet the needs of all employees across the organization. They will develop and administer various training programs to promote best practices and compliance with institutional policies as it relates to UKG Pro, the enterprise timekeeping application. They will also identify opportunities to improve existing policies and procedures, analyze end-user impact of all change requests, and continually identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and end-user satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, pivoting as needed, and has excellent stakeholder communication skills.
