Job Title: Event Coordinator (Part-Time) – Wichita

Job Description:
Our Event Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our team by planning, coordinating, and managing corporate events. This includes everything from small in-house meetings to large scale conventions. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with the team, vendors, and clients to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of various events
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
Create and distribute event listings and promotional materials
Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong vendor management skills
Proven success as an Event Coordinator
MS Office proficiency
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in event management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is desirable.
