Hulu’s marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts.

Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.

Prepare and manage expense reports.
,
Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development.

Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
Requirements
1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.
,
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
,
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
,
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
,
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Nice-to-haves
2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.

Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television.
