Telecom, Inc. is seeking a motivated and personable, Work-From-Home, B2B Telephone Sales Representative to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to contact, solicit and qualify provided B2B leads via telephone in an effort to acquire new customers for our clients by selling products and services related to business voice and internet services.
The ideal candidate will be a good conversationalist, an excellent communicator, persistent and confident. This role will work in tandem with the Account Manager and Team Leads to prioritize leads and execute contact strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively and efficiently sell products and services to prospective customers and maximize additional revenue from existing customers by selling incremental products and services through use of recommended sales techniques. Identify and maximize upselling and cross selling sales opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling techniques.
Follow all protocols for sales, including proper note creation in CRM
Ability to master the order processing & billing system as it relates to all aspects of sales order entry, order inquiries, and other tools and functions as they relate to the outbound sales function.
Speak with confidence about the clients brand, the products or services they provide and the content they produce.
Possess an awareness about upcoming events, products and other marketing strategies, and leverage these events to convert leads into sales.
Ability to organize and plan work independently to complete assigned activities on a day-to-day basis.
Possess good grammar, spelling, verbal and communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while interacting with potential customers.
Represent the client brand in all lead and client interactions
Minimum Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
Previous B2B / SMB Internet sales, cold calling experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience
Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straight forward and professional manner.
Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals
Ability to use personal computer and appropriate software applications to include billing system and other role-related tools
Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions
Clear speaking phone voice
Must have the ability to quickly overcome objections and provide intelligent rebuttals.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and be willing to complete a computer skills assessments test
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Salary And Benefits
Pay range $16.00 hourly PLUS commission
Normal working days: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
Normal work shifts: Varies
Part-time and full-time positions available
Hourly “Non-exempt” position
Paid Vacations, subject to eligibility requirements
