Manage calendars and coordinate schedules
Arrange travel and accommodations

Create engaging PowerPoint presentations
Handle invoicing and expense reporting
Provide exceptional client care
Assist with light event planning
Manage and organize emails
Help create procedural documents
Oversee newsletter management

Requirements
At least three years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
A fully equipped home office, including a computer with MS Office 365, high-speed Internet, and a smartphone with email capability
A computer with a webcam
Additional Notes
This is a 1099 contractor position
Availability during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) is required; this role cannot be done alongside a full-time job as it is not project-based
A background check is required before contracting
