As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize calendars
Arrange travel plans
Oversee social media accounts
Create PowerPoint presentations
Handle invoicing and expense reporting
Provide excellent client care
Assist with light event planning
Manage emails
Help create procedural documents
Oversee newsletter management

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Fully equipped home office including a computer, full-version of MS Office 365, and high-speed internet

Additional Information
This is a 1099 contractor position.
Remote work is available.
A background check will be required prior to contracting.
Availability during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) is necessary, as this role is not suitable for side work.
We are not hiring from MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA at this time.
