Job Description
As a FedEx Overnight Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers on time, maintaining accurate records of deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. The delivery driver will work under the supervision of the logistics manager and will follow established routes and schedules. This role requires flexibility to work overnight shifts, as it involves late night and early morning deliveries.
Responsibilities
Deliver packages to customers following assigned routes and schedules
Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
Maintain accurate records of deliveries
Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy packages
Ability to work overnight shifts
Good navigation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not mandatory.
