Average Annual Full-Time Agent Compensation Tiers:
? Tier 1 (0-3 Years Experience): $65,050
? Tier 2 (4-7 Years Experience): $284,033
? Tier 3 (8-10 Years Experience): $502,278
? Based on average earnings in 2020, which included commissions and overrides, for U.S. and Canadian agents who are full time, have a tenure of eight (8) to (10) years with us and have earned executive-level promotions. Earnings listed are in U.S. dollars.
Desired Skills:

? Prior sales and/or business experience preferred
? Life and Health license preferred/not required

Responsibilities:
? Educate clients on financial strategies
? Assess client assets and liabilities as well as overall financial condition
? Review and make recommendations on client portfolios
? Network and build relationships with new and existing clientele
? Must be willing to enroll in and complete an online licensing course and pass required exam

Upon successful completion of an initial phone conversation candidates will meet via Zoom for an informational interview that will include more information on what companies we work with, what we do for our clients, training and compensation. We will also determine if a candidate is aligned with our culture and core values.
