A prospective company currently awaiting its licence from the Central Bank is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team of professionals.
This role includes managing a portfolio of customer vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, that scheduled maintenance and repairs are performed correctly, and conducting regular vehicle inspections.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage a portfolio of vehicles for customers under fleet management, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition. Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs, conduct regular inspections, and consistently deliver VIP service.
Ensure that clients vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and in good running and physical condition at all times.
Obtain and update mileage logs and servicing estimators with the latest vehicle mileage.
Ensure all vehicles under your portfolio have the appropriate licenses to operate on the roads of Seychelles, including MVL, insurance… fitness certificates, and any special licenses such as A-Carriers or B-Carriers licenses.
Ensure all periodic maintenance, servicing, and repairs are conducted according to manufacturers standards.
Control maintenance costs for vehicles under your portfolio without compromising safety. Ensure warranty items are recovered, and parts are replaced only when necessary, and propose alternative repair methods when required.
Ensure customer mobility by arranging a replacement vehicle when applicable and necessary.
Ensure that all necessary documents and authorizations for interventions are obtained.
Provide customer feedback before, during, and after interventions. Escalate and address any issues promptly when required.
Ensure that all customers are treated professionally, irrespective of their portfolio. Escalate and address any complaints received.
Manage the established process for handling accidents, ensuring thorough follow-up from the incident to claim processing, repair, and vehicle delivery.
Ensure that any ordered parts are received within the promised timeframe and installed on the vehicle promptly.
Respond to customer requests by providing off-site assistance as needed.
Visit workshops to inspect and verify parts or vehicles, and coordinate with customers for the return and pickup of vehicles after the contract expires.
Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Automotive Mechanic
Certificate/Diploma in Management
Minimum 4 years in the mechanic sector
