Job Description
Flight Services Crew members are essential in creating a positive travel experience for our guests. You will work as part of a dedicated team to uphold Delta’s high standards of service and safety. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interacting with passengers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
Responsibilities
– Assist passengers during the boarding and deplaning process
– Provide excellent customer service and support to passengers
– Ensure the aircraft is clean and well-maintained before and after flights
– Follow safety protocols and procedures
– Communicate effectively with crew members and passengers
– Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Assist with baggage handling as needed
Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
